How to prepare A’dalla Omani coffee
Step 1
Into a pot on the heat, put 3 table spoons of A'dalla Omani coffee (50gr)
Step 2
Add 3 cups of water (0,6L), stir, cover and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and simmer until the foam desapears
Step 3
Remove from the stove and allow to sit for 1 minute
Serve in small cups with dates to offset the bitter taste
